Do you exercise with sore muscles?
I started a circuit class on Thurs. Following the class guidelines, I am suppose to be at the gym today doing my weights. My thigh muscles are still sore from the lunges on Thurs but the rest of my body feels ok. I was able to do the elliptical yesterday at lunch for 40 minutes and felt no pain, but sore and little stiff…

what to look at... calories burned or minutes exercised?
QUESTION: Is it better to burn 400 calories in 30 minutes with a hard work out on elliptical or only burn 550 calories with a 60 minute work out?

Clif energy Bars
I find myself enjoying 1/2 Clif bar for my afternoon snack, the only problem is they are high in sugars and calories for one small bar. Does anyone have a recipe to make them homemade and healthier :smile:

THIS is better then weight watchers
I stopped using my fitness pal and tried weight watchers to see if the weight would come off any faster. Well, it was a month wasted. In 4 weeks, I barely lost 5.4 lb. Am I using the calories wrong??
I think I have been doing this wrong for the past month and so hense reason why I haven't lost more then 4 lb. MFP say I should have 1200 calories a day. I average about 600-650 calories I burn from exercise a day. I haven't been eating those calories and staying at 1200 or maybe a little over. QUESTION....am I or am I not…

When do you weigh in?? and do you weigt yourself 1x a week or 2x a week? Currently my weigh in day is Thurs., however I am itching to get on the scales today to see if there was any difference in 3 days. Any thoughts??

Determined to do this but need some support
