Thank God there are others in the same boat. I wake up and I am one weight , use the restroom, and reweigh to be 1-2 lbs heavier. I just don't get it.

I love the elliptical. I set it on intervals and work out for 45-60 min 3-4x a week and have lost inches in my thighs and calves.

How can a 55 calorie dessert be healthy?? I am more sure now that WW is wrong and MFP if the way to go. As my husband kept stressing to me a calorie is a calorie. He couldn't understand how fruits, that have calories and calories add up to pounds was free. It makes me sick that I wasted my money but more my time.

Congrats to you... I agree. It doesnt' matter to me what the scale reads. If I am a comfortable size 10 (still working on that :smile: ) and weight 150,160 or even 170 so be it. In the long run it is what makes you feel happy about yourself.

I love the hummus also. I use it on toasted sara lee 45 cal bread with sliced cucumber and a leaf lettuce. Very Good.

For your sweet tooth, I found the 100 calorie packs of cookies, jello, or I have even gone as far as to cout out 25 chocolate chips and enjoy one at at time. I go with what mfp is telling me when I enter in the stationary bike at moderate level, elliptical and tread mill at 3.0, sometime I can trot a 4.0. You think the mfp is wrong.. I have questioned that lately, but I figure it knows my weight where as when I work the machines I just press manual and don't enter my weight.

Thanks for the advice. I am new to this and was confused about my exercise calories. 10 lbs in a month, how wonderful. Congrats. I think I am just now getting use to things, I have only lost a small 1 pd. How do you put on your page SW,CW mini goal, long term goal etc. I would love to have that visual. Thanks amy
