Plateau ???

Didn't lose any pound this week. :( But I've lost up to 6.25 inches all over my body !!!! Wow ! I'm really happy with it, but his it normal ??? I started my journey only 3 weeks ago ! Already, a plateau ???? Help !

    Have you been working out with weights? Doing that can cause you to lose inches but not so much weight. And, this is really what you want. By gaining strength in your muscles you will burn more calories. If you are not doing a strength work then maybe if you did it would jump start your weight loss.

    I am right there with you. 3 weeks in, and lost inches rather then lbs. Hopefully someone can help.

    Actually, I'm not doing any exercices ! I wanted to be abble to respect my daily goal calories before ! I wanted to make sure I will stick on my journey of losing weigh ! This week is the first week that I plan working out.
