I'm just starting this whole losing weight idea. I have a major sweet tooth which usually becomes a major problem. I am just trying to lose some weight to become healthier, have my asthma better under control, and look and feel better for my upcoming wedding.

Welcome aboard.. add me as a friend if you would like. I have been on here for almost a month and love it. For your sweet tooth, I found the 100 calorie packs of cookies, jello, or I have even gone as far as to cout out 25 chocolate chips and enjoy one at at time.
