(help please) Figuring Calories Burned With Added Weights
If I am trying to figure out my calories burned with weights added to my ankles and wrists would I just add the weights added to my total weight on the calculator? Example: At 168lbs walking 3.5mph for half an hour burns 154 calories. If I have 5lb weights on my ankles and 3lb weights on my wrists would I just add 16lbs to…

Is Net or Total Calories the cause of starvation mode?
Just wondering, I am nursing a toddler so not tracking calories much (about once a week just to see what's up). Normally when I do I hit pretty close to my goal net calories. Is there another name for Side Leg Lifts? (not in system)
I've only heard them called side leg lifts. You lay on your side propped up on your elbow and lift a leg straight up and down. Is it in the myfitnesspal system as something else? Thank you for help.

Up 3.5lbs Down 2 sizes 0.o
So frustrating to see the scale moving up even though I'm down from size 12 to size 10. Last month I was down 5lbs, this month I'm up 3.5lbs from last month. I know it's probably muscle and etc.... still frustrating!
