Competition anyone?
I was thinking of starting a FB group where we all put money in a pool, and at the end of a period of time, there would be a winner of the funds based on the percentage of weight lost. I know it would really help to motivate me, anyone else up for some competition?

Entering a recipe (marinade)
Hi all... I need to enter a recipe, but am unsure how to do it. I have chicken marinading right now, and of course will not eat what it is marinading in. Do I still include all marinade measurements in my recipe? Partial? How is that calculated? Thanks!

This is my weight graph for the last 90 days (please keep in mind I have over 150 to lose). There is about a 10 pound difference between the top and bottom lines. Plateau? Already?
I have over 150 pounds to lose, so I don't think that's what's going on, but I'm stuck, on week 3 and have even gained and not losing anything! I have kept my 1,000 calorie deficit every single day but 1, tracked every single thing, and I'm at a loss. Ideas?

Sabotage!
My husband, love him so much, but he ALWAYS is sabotaging me. I have been doing so well, and last night, he brings home food. I sat and thought on it for about 30 seconds before I caved.
