Saving cals for bedtime?
I have decided to stop counting calories, eating only as my body REQUIRES food, not necessarily when I feel just a twinge of hunger or whatever during the day. Reason being is so I can eat larger meals at dinner and hopefully stave off midnight munchies! And to get better sleep. Maybe also adding in something…

Good Protien Sources for Vegans?
I'm new to veganism and I'm having a hard time finding lean protein sources!! What are some good low-fat, high-protein foods? All I can find are various forms of soy. And any other vegans that have had any success at buidling muscle please let me know how you did it! haha

Yoga for relaxation videos?
I am a newbie to the group!! :) I am not new to yoga but I have only taken classes for power and ashtanga which are both very energizing. Could anyone recommend some online yoga videos or dvds that are good for bedtime/relaxing yoga? Thanks!

I keep waking up hungry!
If I don't eat wayyy over my daily allotted calories I always wake up at around 1-3am feeling starved. No matter what I eat I always wake up at that time! I've been on about a 1200 calorie diet. I've been having trouble sleeping since quitting smoking weed. The exercise does help, as I run about 3.5 miles 5 days a week.…
