Just track how you're comfortable at a deficit and log calories for a little but. Slowly add in exercise, not too strenuous but definitely a good 20-30 minute cardio session at least. Good luck!

That's awesome. Yoga for sex/through sex can be powerful. This is about self-improvement and that's one of the most important things people should work on improving. In my experience... haha But still, sex shouldn't be treated with such negative connotations or viewed as sinful/lusty, hence the controversy. It should be a…

Whoa, sorry about all the typos :P Your diary looks good and what you said makes sense. You're probably not too strict on cals considering you take in 2000+ daily but I'm trying to create a deficit, which somehow is disrupting my sleep :( My body doesn't like this anymore and I used to be fine, which is weird. Btws how is…

Thank you! This really helps a lot, I am a very scientific person and this so far makes the most sense to me. During the day if I still have a deficit and burn off those cals it's not going to matter that much, it's just kind of an *kitten* backwards way of fueling your body. I am trying to even out my meal times, but to…

I pretty much eat the same thing everyday but just at different times, and am trying to still figure out the amounts. So pre-logging has caused my hunger fluctuate and it's hard to tell when I really need to calories. This is easier when I'm not thinking about it as opposed to a strict breakfast, lunch, dinner regimen if…

Yes and no, if you increase cals + exercise you will not see results within that day or even week. It will take your body a while to adjust to your new intake and realize it can stop storing energy like mad. I know it's hard when you hit a plateau to increase your intake while decreasing might make sense. Just stick with…

I am a tea JUNKIE! I drink 3-7 cups a day depending on my mood, and it helps keep my appetite down too :) Yogi Teas are the best, they don't really need sugar, but I never sweeten anyways. Costco Japanese Green Tea (I'll use 2 for extra grassy flavor) All Yogi: Peach Detox Lavender Stress Relief Aztec Sweet Chili (Spicy)…

Hey guys!! I have a couple questions: Does biking count mile per mile? and Does any type of machine count (eg. Elliptical, Bike Machine, Treadmill, etc) ? I'm not counting walking around/inadvertent exercise or using a pedometer

Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day! I used to have a severe ED and even then I would eat practically all of my calories at breakfast. You burn them all off. You need those calories in the morning to jumpstart your metabolism, it helps you lose more to eat more in the AM.

I am 20, 5' and I feel like with my small frame and lack of muscle 100 lbs is a normal goal weight. I have a pretty slow metabolism, pretty small/thin bones, and I get a lot of cardio in, about 4 miles a day! It all depends on if you feel comfortable at a weight or not! Getting a variety of activities will give you a…
