Kale
Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, and rich in calcium. I just started cooking with it. I chopped it up and threw it in a pan of hot olive oil. It turned an even brighter, beautiful green and I added kosher salt. I let it cook for a couple minutes. It was amazing. Cripsp but melted in my mouth!

Chicken Skin, Fish Skin good for you?
Just curious if these are good for you. I think fish skin is and I usually eat it. Chicken skin I usually avoid. I've heard it's good for you but it seems so greasy and fattening.
