Not Losing Weight.

I classified myself as lightly active since I'm generally a student, walking between my classes. However, I exercise on a regular basis, doing light-moderate exercise 6 days a week. eating a bit too little or too much?
I'm always just under my max calories a day without exercise or 100-200 calories under with exercise. My rate of weight loss has slowed. I feel uncomfortable eating more in the first place, but has this behavior slowed my metabolism? Should I eat more? However I'm very short and still overweight, and I feel like I should…

Plateau?
I lost ~20 lbs in a month and a half, and then just stopped losing any weight. I'm very confused. I did start under-eating, but once I realized that makes you stop losing weight, I started eating better. I exercise almost every day. What's the problem?!
