raising activity level?

I classified myself as lightly active since I'm generally a student, walking between my classes. However, I exercise on a regular basis, doing light-moderate exercise 6 days a week. I looked up what is considered 'active' as opposed to 'lightly active,' and I'm fairly certain I'm at an 'active' level! That means I've been eating too little.
I've lost quite a bit of weight and gone from 'obese' to overweight' so I think before I could afford a higher deficit, but has eating too little has caused my current plateau?

I would think eating too little has caused the plateau. You can always try slowly increasing a little more food (maybe try more veggies, and more protein?) Don't stress though! Most people hit a plateau at least once0
