Iron intake
My husband brought my attention to the iron goals and I am slightly confused. The web sights all seem to suggest that a woman my age be around 19mg of iron per day. The food track has my goal being 100. I'm confused. Any insight?:huh:

I have made a point to spending at least 60 minutes in the pool each day. I make sure that I am moving the entire time and spend the whole time in the end that I can't reach the bottom.
