How often do you weigh yourself and post your weight? I've always been told to weigh once a week. Thoughts?

Awhile back, I purchased some Garcinia Cambogia after reading about it from Dr. Oz. Anyone have success with this? I've only taken it here and there, so I can't say yes or no to it's effectiveness. What about hot tea's? Thanks! J
