I've struggled with my weight for my whole life! I've tried diet pills (remember Metabolife?!?!), Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss...all with initial success but not long term! I'm a ICU Nurse (overweight nurse!) and a graduate student. With 12hr shifts and long study hours I have neglected the gym and have turned to easy food options (often fast food/unhealthy foods).


I am currently with a BMI of 30. I'm 5'8 and 200lbs.

I will be turning 30 years old in October and would love to have some weight off by then! Perhaps 30lbs by my 30th birthday!!! I also have a fabulous boyfriend :heart: (super supportive of my weight loss) who I plan on marrying in the next 1-2 years!!!! I'd love to slim down and be healthy (preventing DM, HTN, HLD which runs in my family) for my future!!!

I just started T25...which is Sean T's program that is 25 minutes per day....plus adding some extra cardio in my routine (gym classes and walking!). I also wear a FitBit to track my steps/day.

I find myself investing in products but not sticking with them! Anyone want to be friends to provide support and encouragement?

    Sounds like you have your mind in the right place. I've discovered that I have to do this for me and no one else. Well, and that closet full of clothes that got too small... :noway:

    Log in everyday, weigh your foods, let your FitBit motivate you, and let's keep each other going. You got this!! Let's do it! :drinker:

    I think the May Challenge is going to be awesome! :happy:
