TDEE: scooby or fitbit?
Hi everyone, I'm back again with (yet) another question about numbers! :) So I calculated my TDEE numbers on the Scooby website and I got 1715 for sedentary, 1965 for lightly active, 2215 for moderate and 2465 strenuous (these are full tdee). I decided I was somewhere between light and moderately active because I exercise…

Stationary bike: need help with effort level and calories!
Hi! :) I need a bit of help to figure out (and log on here) how many kcal I burn during my workouts. So, in the morning I use a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Yet another activity level question!
Hi, I'm new!!! A quick question on activity level, I'm trying to figure out TDEE and such :) 45 minutes of stationary bike at a moderate pace, 5 days a week, sometimes 6. The rest of the time I am pretty sedentary (desk job) except for some walks, housework (cleaning, ironing, cooking). I've been eating about 1,200 with…
