Stationary bike: need help with effort level and calories!

Hi! I need a bit of help to figure out (and log on here) how many kcal I burn during my workouts. So, in the morning I use a stationary bike for 45 minutes. I am unsure as to what intensity I should pick to log the calories on MFP. The bike says I burn about 610 kcal but even though I push myself pretty hard, they sound quite a lot! My average speed is - according to the bike - about 29 km/h, which should correspond to 18 mph, and I ride 21-22 km on avg per workout. Is it vigorous effort? 45 minutes of "Stationary bike, vigorous effort (bicycling, cycling, biking)" = 512 kcal. Does it sound reasonable?
Thanks!
Thanks!

thats about what my bike says and it matches about the same as what it says on here for vigirous so im assuming they are about accurate!
sounded like a lot for me too as i do about 55 min and it says almost 800 calories burned and again that about matches what is listed here so i choose the lowest and log it in!0
