Post ankle surgery
Hello! I am not new to MFP but I am getting back to it. I used to be hardcore and lost my footing over a year ago and then when I decided to return I ended up breaking my ankle and tearing my ligaments. I've finally been released to start some work outs and to get back into things. I'm 28 and would love to have some new…

Hello, I’ve been using MFP for almost three years and over the course of those three years I have lost 60lbs and gained some fantastic friends. However, this very last year has been the hardest year with this weight loss. I have about 45lbs left to lose and it is like my body just doesn’t want to let it go this year. Now,…

one year later and 81lbs lighter!! Thanks MFP
*s/n: This is a short note. Once I reach my goal, I’ll write in more detail about my journey! “The difference between try and triumph is that little umph”. It took me 365 days to go from 250lb to 163lbs, from pant size 22-24 to 10-11, from shirt size xxl to size M. It took just 365 days of sweat, tears, motivation, faith…

Victory is mine! :)
I guess this is my NSV: I've been upset all day. Usually, I let JUNK food be my cure (emotional eater here) BUT I thought of how hard & far i've come to let a bad day win. So, it's safe to say i did not eat junk food and I will be making a healthy dinner tonight. VICTORY! ;) Sn: 24lbs lost. Thanks for all the support MFP.
