BROWN RICE HELP
Hello MFP, I'm trying to utlize brown rice more but the only way I seem to be able to make it edible is by adding chicken broth. How do you cook your brown rice?? Do you have any good recipes??

Quick Snacks
I need some quick snacks that I can carry around in my purse all day that will still look edible =-) When I get hungry I will eat the first thing in sight and I'm trying to avoid making bad decisions. Would prefer snacks under 100 calories! Thanks!

plank vs crunch
When I try to do crunches or floor abdomen excercises laying on my back; it feels like I am about to break something in my stomach. If I start doing the plank; will it give me the same results as a crunch??

Hair
Hi sistas, You know they say we don't like to work because of our hair! In my case this is true! I would like to start doing 2 a days; but I don't because it takes to much time to manage it in the morning after it is wet from sweating. Aside from getting braids; can anyone offer any suggestions???

Here we go
Well this is my second day doing MFP!! So far I like it. I was doing weight watcher for the past 3 months. I have been yo-yoing with this 20lb weight loss. I will lose it then gain it right back. I'm hoping to stick to this program and actually see the results and maintain them. Wish me luck!!
