Hitting macros.
If i still have a lot of food left to eat but I'm not at all hungry is it better to try and eat or not to eat when trying to lose fat? I still have around 700 calories left, loads of fat and carbs, but i am not hungry. Would i lose more weight getting closer to my macros becuase that's how it usually works right?

Is chicken weighed when raw or cooked?

Will fruit sugars make me gain weight?
I always go over my sugar allowance, because of the fruit that i eat. Is this the reason that it is taking so long to lower my body fat %?
