Creatine and low carb?
Is there any point taking creatine at the start of a low carb diet? I've read that towards the start of a low carb diet you lose a lot of water weight. So would taking creatine be pointless at this stage? I've been low carb for about a week now.

Is it common to get cramp in your abs when exercising? Honestly, it was the worst pain i have ever felt. I can usually tolerate pain quite well but this had me on my back in the gym shouting for my friend to help me up :sad: lol. Anyone else get this?

38 inch waist too big?
I have lost 4 and a half inches around my belly, is 38 inches still to big or is it ok? It doesn't look big to me at all, but i see other people saying that 34 is the average. I am naturally wide and have a big frame, so would that make a difference?

Wholemeal bread
I know it's better for you than white bread, but is it sill better if you didn't eat any bread at all? Is Wholemeal bread still classed as a bad carb?

That Burnnn
People say to build muscle you need to lift heavy, and that when you feel that burning sensation in your muscles it is working. But when i am lifting heavy, eg. 5 reps, 5 sets, i don't get as much of a burn as i would if i was doing more reps on lighter weights. Does anyone else find this happens?
