Is it ok to have 2 protein shakes in a short period of time so that i meet my macros? This is probably a really stupid question but oh well :P

If it fits your macros and you wouldn't rather have the food, go for it. I'd prefer real food, personally, but there's no problem with having two if you like.0

sure if you like wasting protein. More than 30g protein in a meal and your body just pisses out the excess. It's actually a great weight loss tool as you get the the benefit of spending 25% of the calories in the protein just digesting it, and then the excess just gets pissed away. Also our bodies are not made to ingest large amounts of protein at once, so in the caveman days when people hadn't eaten in a couple days and suddenly feasted on a large kill they would be susceptable to rapid onset kidney and liver failure from too much protein.
Nah, not really, eating 2 protein shakes close together is fine. May not be "ideal" but you're not gonna irreprable harm past the people who have to be in the room with you.0 -
It's fine, drink away!0

you might want to try eating more higher protein food. I try to make my food choices center around protein.
double your portions of meat at dinner, add it into lunch and breakfast.... get some Jerkey, add cheese in somewhere and eat hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, Tofu..0 -
