I know it's better for you than white bread, but is it sill better if you didn't eat any bread at all? Is Wholemeal bread still classed as a bad carb?

Before the "there is no bad food" onslaught:
bread is bread
100% whole grain is a considered a complex carbohydrate. Not considered a "bad carb" by most any formal diets, except some low carb diets. Some studies (using particular brands) found that it raised blood sugars as quickly as sugar and white bread. Other brands do not.
If you want to eat bread, but want to aim for a healthier and more nutritious bread, choose one that is 100% whole grain (not just "a good source" or with the words whole grain) that has a short ingredient list, without high fructose corn syrup, and that IS high in fiber.0 -
By bad carb, i mean carbs which have a lot of bad ingredients in them. I'm sure you know that but i was just making sure. Thanks for answering my question0
