I am so confused...

Hi, does anyone know why i have such a hard time eating the right amount of calories i should a day? Firstly, My BMR is 2000 and my TDEE is 2800. I have been trying to eat in between those but i can't because my allowance of fat according to MFP is too low and i always go over it. Also it really feels like i am eating too much and i get full! If someone with a bit more dieting knowledge could take a look at my food diary and tell me if it does need changing or if i'm going to need to try harder that would be awesome, thanks :)
