Small Victory!
Just got back from my doctor's appointment...and guess what?! I've actually lost 5 lbs. since I last weighed myself 2 or 3 weeks ago! I hadn't seen weight loss in months...so 5 lbs. seems like a great start to this adventure =)

Frustrated
Somehow, I managed to pinch a nerve or something in my lower back. Which throws off my work out for this week. It hurts to walk and sitting has been very uncomfortable since it happened. Calorie Question
I started using MFP 2 days ago now and I have a question. Is there a certain amount of calories I should be consuming for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks? Or does it really not matter as long as I stay within my designated amount of calories for the day? Any help is appreciated =)
