Frustrated

Somehow, I managed to pinch a nerve or something in my lower back. Which throws off my work out for this week. It hurts to walk and sitting has been very uncomfortable since it happened. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do as a work out? I went to the gym yesterday and just doing the bike hurt my back. So naturally I woke up this morning with an even more sore back.

Should I just give myself the day off today or what can I do to burn some calories without killing my back?
