Any vegetarian or vegan pals?
I've been eating a vegan diet for the past 6 months, due to my teen daughter's over developed sense of empathy and her decision to be vegan. Any other vegans or veggos using My Fitness Pal? cannot shift the weight
I am having a hard time losing the weight. I am predominantly vegetarian, avoid sugar and fat, exercise regularly but the weight won't budge. So my goal is to lose the weight before I have the next surgery to ensure…

I was in a very stressful job, and ate lollies for comfort, and ended up losing the job (not my fault, just a nasty culture that eroded my self esteem), and then as a result ate to alleviate my feelings of grief and rejection. So here I am, the heaviest I have…

In praise of the elliptical
I have a chronic knee injury, and the one machine that rarely causes problems is the elliptical trainer. I can train easily on this, it does my arms and legs at the same time without any impact. I have been known to do it for an hour, but that does end up hurting my knees.

On an 8 week weightloss challenge
Hi all, I joined an 8 week fitness challenge through my gym, and it coincides with a trip to Paris, where I want to be fit and svelt. I have a lot more weight to lose than what I can lose in 8 weeks, but at least it is a start. I was using the weightwatchers online tools but they don't really work for me and the points…
