I have an injured knee and arthritis in my neck and back and have still found a way to work out to lose weight. Is anyone else out there wanting support/motivation to lose weight whilst injured?

Hi. I have arthritis in my neck, and recently have a lot of pain on the left side of my lower back, also due to arthritis. I do a lot of walking, and do weight lifting three times a week, also.

Well you have come to the right place. My weightloss might be slow and steady, but it is going down the scales and not up  I am on every day, so feel free to send me messages x

Does the weight training hurt your neck? I got a bulging disc in my lumbar from over exercising (using those rope things with a personal trainer) so I have to be careful.

I'm finding as I build up the muscles in my legs my pain levels are getting better. Also have lost 4 kg since xmas, so that might be a factor.
