BFf% - Going Down
Hi all, so Last July, I had my Body Fat checked and was so upset and depressed about it that I didn't even want to think about it for a while. It was 24%. Had it checked again today - 16.1%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy. I want to get down to 10 - 12% and I know I can do it.

Success for me
Well, I consider this a success. This morning, I ran my first ever 5k race. My goal was to finish in under 30 minutes and I finished in 28:13. I feel that I owe a lot of it to MFP. It has made me so much more aware of the food that I'm putting in my mouth and how exercise really affects what you can eat.. Now on to…

Water Enhancers??
Does anyone use any of those powder mixes that you add to your water to encourage you to drink more? I'd like opinions on what's good and what isn't. Are there any that have more benefit than just making you drink more?

Almost half way there!!
Hi all, not sure that this is noteworthy to anyone but me, but I broke the 10 lb mark last night on the way to 22 lbs. This week I signed up for my first 5k race to be held on 3/13. Great App
I found this App for my iPhone and love it. It's great that you can access it on the PC also, so much easier to enter information. I'm hoping to drop 22 lbs and run a 15k race in October. I've never run in a race before, but figure I'll be 50 by then and it's time.
