What do you snack on after a late workout?
So I recently changed my workout routine to 7pm and later. However, I eat my dinner before going to the gym and I just wanted some opinions of what others eat after a late workout. OIL
Perhaps a stupid question, but when entering a receipe how do you figure out the calories if it is deep fried? I tried to do a receipe however I'm technically not eating two cups of oil. I'm not sure maybe I did it right the first time just thought I would ask for some advice.

I love water, can't get enough, but should I also be drinking other drinks? I DO NOT like milk so I eat lots of yogurt and cheese, but I just rather not waste any calories or take in any sugar from other drinks. What do you drink? Feel free to add me as a friend!!
