Has anybody used Nike+ Kinect Training for xbox360? Was thinking about getting it as I have a house full of gamers and 3 xboxes around! (Probably why I need to lose weight to start with!)

So my stress levels are out of the roof right now! I'm just curious as to what ideas everyone has to reduce stress. Something I can just stop and do when I find my mind is racing! :noway:

I regularly walk 5 miles a day at work. Can I count this as exercise or this included in my active lifestyle? I have been tracking this for a month so it is pretty accurate.
