How much iron ?
So I recently posted about being tired all the time, and someone suggested that my iron might be low. I have added it to my nutrients tracked, and i total about 40-60 per day. Is that too little? Would that cause my total lack of energy/

A small victory
Today I had my usual mini lunch....a smart ones frozen entree with some added veggies, and a glass of green tea. The strangest thing happened about 3/4 through my meal. I felt full. Don't sit-ups burn calories, too?
I wish that the excersize log would tell me how many calories non-aerobic activities burn. things such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges....Does anyone know of a good site with this kind of info? Thanks!

Pasta Serving size question
Maybe this is a stupid question.. When reading the label on a box of pasta the serving size is 2 oz. Is that dry or cooked? I measured 1 cup of cooked penne...so how large of a serving is that actually?
