Pasta Serving size question

Maybe this is a stupid question..

When reading the label on a box of pasta the serving size is 2 oz. Is that dry or cooked? I measured 1 cup of cooked penne...so how large of a serving is that actually?

It usually specifies on the box but I always get confused on this too. It would be much easier if it would give the nutrition info cooked not dry. That's when I measure.

good question, i have always measured mine after cooking though hhmm now i am wondering if i am wrong on that. well someone will know and tell us that is what i love about this site so positive and so many ppl u can find someone who knows whatever it is u r asking l am addicted to this site :flowerforyou:
