I wish that the excersize log would tell me how many calories non-aerobic activities burn. things such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges....Does anyone know of a good site with this kind of info?

Thanks!

From what I've read, sit ups don't burn many calories. I think I read that you burn a half calorie for each sit up. Of course, it would depend on how many reps you do and how quickly as to how many calories you burn. I think that is why Mike chose not to put it as a calorie-burning exercise... because there is such a great variation in calories burned.

log it in cardio as "strength training" or if you do it as a circuit and keep your heart rate up, place it as circuit training.
