Anyone using the BodyBuggSP? Help me out please. My wife and I are thinking about buying one for each of us this week sometime online, but my wife wants to know if she can log in her food she eats via the cell phone APP like we can do with MFP. Or are we required to go to the bodybugg website and log in all of our food?…

So I was wondering.... when does everyone get in their P90X? First thing in the morning or evening? With my schedule I'll have to wake up either really early or do it at 8 PM or later at night... I'm leaning toward really early but I hate waking up early... How bout everyone else?

30 day Shred calories burnt for 252 pound male?
Hello all, I am male, 5ft 8 in. and weigh 252 pounds. I'm trying to get an idea of how many calories I will be burning when I do the 30 day shred.
