Getting hungry and nauseous 1/2 way through workout
Today I had to stop 1/2 way through my workout to eat some almonds.. I got incredibly hungry and nauseous.. Same routine I have done for 9 months.. Same breakfast an hour before.. 2 Organic eggs.. a piece of whole grain toast.. and a protein shake with fruit.. Same as always.. So my question is Why? has never happened…

Ideal Heart rate
I am 43, have lost 35 pounds..Have 15 to go.. My question is what should be my ideal heart rate when doing cardio. I range between 135-138 consistently for 35 or more minutes...I can raise it to 145 for 10 min or so... but not for a long period of time.. Dizzy after running?
Sometimes I get dizzy after running.. How much exercise is too much or not enough?

Scale is stuck
The scale is stuck for me has been for several weeks.. Lost 10 pounds..then wam it stopped.. I workout 5-6 days a week.. and up to 900-1000 calories burned each time. Calorie intake and exercise..
1200 calories a day...But I also burn 680 calories a day in exercise.. When I put that in it gives me back those calories...Should I still stick to my 1200 or eat what is recommended.. I am not loosing weight...and I am being told that I am not eating enough...So If I exercise I eat more? or stick to the original 1200?
