Trampoline!
Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew around how many calories I'd burn jumping on a trampoline? We have a huge trampoline, one of those gymnastic ones that we keep up for about half the year & i'm sure that'd be a great exercise!

Kinda proud of myself.
So normally i'd buy so so much candy and eat it in 1-2 days. Three weeks ago, I bought a big bar of chocolate and a bag of fruit tootsie rolls. & I'm proud to say there is still 3/4 of the bag of tootsie rolls, and 3/4 of the chocolate bar left. I've heard that when you lose weight the first to go is butt and boobs. I am a 36DD and I hate my big boobs. What are good exercises to make them smaller? They get in the way so so much.

what should i do?!
So I woke up and ate a bowl of cereal today. & then I went to the zoo. Burned 300 calories. Ate a little lunch. Went to the gym and burned around 700 more. I ate dinner. I havent eaten 945 calories, but burned 1064. So my net is currently at -119. What do I do? Eat a lot between now & bed time? Or what..

is there such thing as too much
Is there such thing as too much exercise? I seem to want to exercise all day. I wake up, do zumba for 45 minutes, go to the gym, take an hour class, and then do strength & work out on the elliptical & then i normally do more zumba before bed. I do this 6 days a week.

I'm going to play laser tag tomorrow night. I'd be walking/speed walking for about 3 hours. Should I put that as exercise?! As in about a 3.0 pace?

Yoga!
I took my first yoga class today and it was so so fun. I feel so great after it. I feel refreshed & more energetic. I did it for 60 minutes at a class on the ymca. I burned almost 250 calories! i plan on doing that a few times a week
