So I woke up and ate a bowl of cereal today. & then I went to the zoo. Burned 300 calories. Ate a little lunch. Went to the gym and burned around 700 more. I ate dinner.

I havent eaten 945 calories, but burned 1064. So my net is currently at -119.

What do I do? Eat a lot between now & bed time? Or what..

Go eat a normal meal. Meat... potatoes... veggies... dessert treat.... Should net you about 700 calories for all of it. Better than nothing.

Eat until you are comfortably full tonight, then have a warm chocolate milk or something like that right before bed. Eat a hearty breakfast and start over. Try not to skip meals in the future, especially when you are active. Eat healthy so your body has something to work with.

If you're not all that hungry shoot for a high caloric meal that's small. Think some olive oil if you can, a tablespoon packs 120 calories, a peanut butter and banana sandwich can total about 530 calories. Tuna sandwich can also sometimes pack a good amount, depending on your bread.

At your age and being vegetarian it is especially important for you to track protein intake so you are getting enough to build muscle and avoid losing too much lean body mass. Set your goals a little higher than MFP presets them, so about 35% protein daily.

maybe try like a fruit protein shake?? If u have any of that stuff available of course...it's an easier way to get a decent amount of calories and protein without making yourself too stuffed before bed.

One day of this should be okay. Just eat what you can, to the point of being satisfied, but don't make yourself uncomfortably full either. I think people who exercise intensely should keep things like high calorie (high fiber and protein) shakes on hand in case something like this happens.

Me, I'd probably hit the pizza buffet and party. :)
