How active am I?
I can't determine if I'm sedentary or lightly active. I don't know, but does sedentary mean in the daily calorie calculation that your calories burned for a day is equal to your BMR -- calories you burn even without doing anything? Exercises that I can do at home
Hello guys! I believe that I can't go to the gym every day, so I am thinking of exercising at home. I started riding a stationary bike for 20 minutes a day. But I think, it is not enough. Can you recommend some exercises that I can do at home without the aid of an equipment? For example, sit ups, and push ups.

Do you log walking as your exercise?
Everyday, I am sure I walk at around 10,000 steps. Do you log this as your exercise or you don't mind it?

Do you consider to insert your daily activities?
When you calculate your net calorie intake which is calories - exercise, do you neglect your calories burned while walking? I guess I burn 300 calories per day even if I don't work out. Should I log it in?

How does a 100g of cooked rice look like?
I tend to cheat sometimes when logging my rice intake because I am not sure if I ate a cupful of it or just 100 grams. How does a 100 gram of rice look like? Obviously, I don't have a scale. How many tablespoons of rice to reach 100 grams of it?

What do you do when your family brings delicious food?
I checked my diary for the past week. I noticed that I sometimes overeat dinner because my family brings food to eat. When that happens, I forgot that I have to refrain from eating too many. Because of that, I somehow lose my routine. What should I do? If you are also experiencing the same thing, what do you do?
