I made these this protein pancake recipe today. They were pretty good, actually. 3/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 c whole wheat flour 1/4 c unflavored whey powder 2 egg whites 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder Mix it all together and cook like regular pancakes. Logging runs on MFP
I'm curious how others do this. For example yesterday I ran 5.2 miles at 8:40 pace (45 min) and I logged it as a 47 minute run at 9 minute pace (since there's no 8:40 pace option to log) to log the correct distance rather than the correct time.
