The carb allowance they give me, 254, seems like way too much. Is this the lowest amount of carbs its safe to have a day or can you have like 175-200 instead??? This is for a person with diabetes trying to lower their blood sugar.

I usually do 10 minutes on the rowing machine when I go to the gym. But today, I wanted to see if I could do 15.
