  • I've lost 13lbs but haven't noticed a change. I probably need to take monthly pictures of myself or something. I have noticed that my jeans are feeling looser, though, so yay for that.
  • Today, I did 15 minutes on the elliptical after starting with just 3 minutes. (I mean, when I started, I could only do 3 minutes). Also, I did 45 minutes on a stationary bike, for a total of 60 minutes of cardio. I usually only do 30 minutes.

  • I have the same problem. I have done water aerobics and that really helps my joints. I try not to do a ton of walking. Instead I prefer a stationary bike. Not one of the ones that is like a regular bike...the ones with the pedals out in front of you. This way, less pressure goes on my foot and it hurts less.
