February Challenge - 35 MILES!

Hello again My Fitness Friends. Last month we tried for 30 miles. I have to say I had to push myself a little to hit this goal and was motivated to log some extra miles from my norm. Let's try for 35 this month. You can log walking, running, elliptical, etc. This goal range is good for me personally as I crosstrain and don't log TONS of miles each week as I like to keep up with yoga-lates-ish workouts and strength training. It keeps me accountable to log in with you fabulous peeps!

    I know the C25K program builds you up to a 5K over an 8 week period. I just had a baby, so I am starting fresh with running. I did not run during my pregnancy....unfortunately I wish I had kept up with it. I am quickly realizing how out of shape I am!

    I usually do the stationary bike but just started with the elliptical yesterday so I will try this. I can usually do 3-5 miles on the bike but just trying for 1-2 miles with the elliptical. I may be able to do 35 miles on the bike this month but I want to make another goal for the elliptical and say 15 miles on there.

    So far this month I've done 5 miles with the stationary bike and 2.2 miles with the elliptical.

    I think I'm off to a good start; this should be fun.

    I am in for this :) Wish I knew how many miles I did whilst playing tennis! Oh well :)

    2/1 - 2.7 miles on treadmill
    2/3 - 4.1 miles on elliptical (6.8 total for Feb)
