What do you think of my diary?
I am looking to loose a tiny bit of body fat but not A LOT. I still like to eat like a normal person but I'm still always under my calorie limit. So post how my diary is :) any faults, good things, suggestions how to make it better? Acknowlage me :) thanks guys!!!!

Eat but no gym
hey guys, I eat about 1100-1200 calories/ day but I don't go to the gym. My inky excersise is basketball practice for two hours on Tuesdays and walking in school weekdays (bout 30min/day). What will happen if I continue this? Bad things?

Thoughts on muffins?
I've been looking at muffin calories and nutrition facts and for a muffin some are 200 some are 300+ calories!! I feel like blueberry, banana or chocolate or any muffin isn't the healthiest choice for a breakfast snack or a snack in general. What are your opinions on muffins?

When to eat
alright. I usually eat lunch around 2 because that is when I get home from school. I eat dinner at around 6:00-6:30pm. If i want to have a snack in between, what time should I have it?

what's going on with my body...
What's going on.. Two days ago I felt and looked like I weighed 157.5lbs now I look and feel like I way 165. My stomach all of a sudden wants to stick out all of the time, and when I sit down I can feel the fat over my panes it's disgusting!!! What's going on... :(

Peanut butter on whole wheat bread?
alright so I'm just trying to get some opinions on having a peanut butter sandwich. No jelly just peanut butter. Is it alright to have once in a while. I was thinking of having a peanut butter sandwich with an apple and celery for lunch tomorrow. Sound ok???

Over carbs...
hey im just wondering... I'm over my carbs and by the end of the day it may be about 200g over. If this is one of maybe 3 times I really have gone over my carbs, is that ok? I'm still about 600-700 calories under my goal

Eating before bed...
hey guys, I have a problem with eating before bed. I always have a weight watchers original bagel and an apple. Is this bad because I think it is and vie been staying up really late to make sure the food is digested and that it wouldn't be stored as fat while I slurp. When to eat dinner?
Alright guys I'm troubled right now. I eat breakfast at about 6:20am (before school), lunch at 2:10pm (when i get home from school). I have basketball practice from 8-9:30pm burning about 600-700 calories. SHould I eat dinner before or after practice or does it make a difference? i need some input here thanks!!!
