Snack to bring to class?

hey guys I have an SAT class tonight. 3 hours long so i wanted to know what foods I could bring for a snack in between? Thanks

    APPLE dipped in PEANUT BUTTER!!!

    OMG I discovered this today and its glorious and very filling!!

    I use no added sugar PB.

  • I love almonds, string cheese, and greek yogurt for on-the-go snacks.

    So yummy! You could also bring a fiber one bar, or kellog's fiber plus bar. Both are yummy and filling as far as snacks go. Or a nut mix.
    If you ever have time, try juicing a lime or two, dilute that with a little water and soak some almonds in that for 10-15 minutes. Then bake the nuts on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes or so, until you hear them to start poping. So yummy and very few calories. You can some salt if you want before you throw them in the oven.

    YESSS Greek yogurt! And I need to get low fat PB or the new pb spray before I have peanut butter for the first time in a month or 2

    Protein bar...keeps the energy level up! The best preparation is the night before: Get plenty of sleep. Good Luck on your SAT!! :smile:

    greek yogurt for sure! I usually put grapes in my vanilla greek yogurt. SOO good! or carrots and hummus is another classic for me.
