Help with my daily consumption

hey all. Everyday I go to complete my diary, but for some reason, I'm either not eating enough calories but getting enough nutrition , OR I'm eating enough calories but not enough nutrition. Can you guys give me some ideas what to have for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks so that I could both reach my calorie and nutrition goal in the day. Thanks and by looking at some people's diaries I have no idea what kind of food they are eating hahah so try and keep the foods basic :p

My calorie goal: 2140cal

    Make you diary public so we can have a look at what your eating and can go from there. Everyones diet and lifestyle vary so we can try and advise around yours :o)

    It may help us better if we could look at your diary. Sometimes you just need to tweak what you are putting in your body, by adding or taking something away. If we could look at your diary it would be more helpful.

    The old standbys are best. Fresh fruits, vegetables, whole wheat breads and grains, lean meat, etc.
