Okay so I've ran every morning recently over the past week or so, but I'm finding it difficult to maintain running, I have to keep stopping every few minutes. Im investing in an exercise bike to help shift the lbs however I was wondering if its possible to lose a lot (20lb) of weight just with one or would it just tone up my legs?

New to dieting, need motivation please
Hey, I've only just started my diet journey, I plan on just eating very healthily for now and then starting on July 1st I'm going to go to the gym 3 times a week and fitness classes 3 times a week. However no matter how much I want to lose weight I just can never get myself motivated, any tips or tricks you could share?
