Couch to 5K plan

Just started the C25K plan this morning (http://www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/couch-5K-running-plan.aspx) and to say I was running before this really tired me out!

Basically its a plan to let you be able to run 5k at the end of nine weeks, and I'm going to try complete it, I was wondereing if anyone who wants to start/has started it would like to motivate each other to keep going? I find support from others pushes me to do well but maybe thats just me :happy: anyone fancy it?
