Can someone show me some bodyweight exercises for every muscle group? I no longer have access to a gym. Right now I will be cutting but I want to retain my muscle. No inches lost, but my clothes are looser?
I have been weight training and doing cardio about 3 days a week. I eat my maintenence in calories. I feel like I look more toned, and my shorts fit a little better.
