  • Thanks, I think I'm going to train them anyway. The meaning of core is "essential" or "innermost".... Why not train something that is essential to overall balance and strength? Couldn't hurt.

  • I would be careful buying clothes that you plan to fit into. Sometimes you might not get what you expect. I lost 20 lbs and went from a size 8 to a 7.5 Not really a big difference so I think you'll be fine with your current shoe size.
