    Haha sorry, I wasn't trying to "brag"...I have plenty of trouble spots and I just felt like my stomach wasn't one of them. No need to be rude about it. No mean comments please, unless it's advice on how to fix something.

    Yes you have flat stomach. That doesn't mean your abs are conditioned for strength or exercise. If you're looking for that, then train them. If not, then don't.

    Thanks, I think I'm going to train them anyway. The meaning of core is "essential" or "innermost".... Why not train something that is essential to overall balance and strength? Couldn't hurt.
